Our 100% recyclable ThermaChill Boxes are produced using bespoke grades of corrugated board, ThermaLiners manufactured from bespoke LDPE material, and include our special food safe recipe gel packs. We are proud our boxes meet the FSA guidelines for required thermal efficiency whilst being fully recyclable through kerbside domestic recycling.
All elements of the system are also available for sale as separate components.

Our Gel Packs really have been specially formulated to get your products / produce to
you as fresh as the day it left ThermaPak – the packaging is PET (the most durable
recyclable plastic on the market) and, our specially formulated Gel Solution is 100%
Biodegradable and Soluble meaning that if you don’t want to use them for coolant packs
for picnics / day trips away or your lunchboxes etc, you can pour down the sink and
simply wash away.
